This movie stars Steve Carell, who is one of my favorite actors (also in Anchor Man, 40 Year Old Virgin, Bruce Almighty and the TV show: The Office) so I had high expectations going into the movie. Steve plays a father with three daughters, and is an advice column writer for his local paper. The movie is about how he meets a girl at a local book store while visiting his entire extended family. Once he finds out who the girl he met is, it adds a twist and that plays out in the movie with allot of funny commentary. Dane Cook is also in the movie, in which he plays Steve's brother. They both work through difficult situations, with the whole family getting involved as well. There are a few parts that touch on your emotions, but in the end, it all works out for the best. I thought it was really funny, and overall a pretty good movie. I give it a thumbs up.
